General release, indemnity and waiver of liability for Rounded Crest Farm LLC, Gryphon Realty Associates, Inc and Galloping Guru, Inc. *

In consideration of the agreement to work on the property owned by Gryphon Realty Associates, Inc, operated by Rounded Crest Farm LLC and leased/additionally operated by Galloping Guru Inc the undersigned holds any of the employees, agents, affiliates, principals, officers, directors, shareholders, heirs or assigns of the foregoing (the “Released Parties”). The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless, Rounded Crest Farm, LLC, Gryphon Realty Associates Inc and Galloping Guru Inc., and one or all of them, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damages, or injury, including death, that maybe sustained by the undersigned or any property of the undersignedwhile engaged in any “on Property or Equestrian Activities.” The undersigned hereby acknowledges that activities related to horses, farm equipment, and on property activities are inherently dangerous. The undersigned further acknowledges that the undersigned voluntarily assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury, including death, that maybe sustained by the undersigned or any property of the undersigned while engaged in any “on Property or Equestrian Activities.” The undersigned hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless the “Released Parties” from any damage, loss, or injury resulting to any third party arising out of or related to any “on Property or Equestrian Activities.” This release shall be binding upon the distributes, heirs, next of kin, personal representatives, executors, and administrators or the undersigned. In signing this Release and Indemnification, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that the undersigned has read, understands, and signs said Release voluntary, and that the undersigned is over the age of 18 and of sound mind.
